This extra-curricular program allows young people 9 years of age and older to begin professional training in the circus arts while pursuing their regular primary or secondary education in another Montreal-area institution. Students in Grades 6 through 10 may, during the course of the program, choose to apply to Circus High School Studies program to complete their secondary studies. Grade 11 students may use this program to prepare for the entrance exam to the Diploma of Collegial Studies in Circus Arts (DEC) program.




This program makes it possible for young people to begin vocational training in the circus arts while continuing their secondary studies at the National Circus School. It also leads to a high school diploma (Diplôme d'études secondaires, or DES), accredited by the Quebec Ministry of Education. The program is designed to enable students to prepare for advanced training and a college education (see DEC Program Objectives). Students may be admitted to the program at the beginning or during their secondary studies.




This program is the culmination of higher education that aims to produce professional circus artists, creators and performers. The program combines training specific to the circus arts with a general college-level education. This three-year program leads to a college diploma issued by the Quebec Ministry of Education. On completion, graduates are capable of creating and interpreting short circus works or numbers at a professional level. Graduates are able to dance, act and sing, actively participate in every step of a single or collective work, as well as interpret completed works. Graduates will have learned how to maintain good health as well as manage both creative projects and career.




Intended for foreign students who have completed secondary studies, the aim of this 3-year higher-education program is to train professional circus artists, creators and performers. Graduates of the program, are capable of creating and performing short circus pieces or numbers at a professional level, are able to dance, act and sing, actively participate in every step of the creation of a single or collective work, as well as interpreting works already created. Graduates will have learned how to maintain good health as well as manage creative projects and career. This program leads to a diploma from the National Circus School.





Ce programme estival sous forme de stage intensif d'une durée de deux semaines permet à des jeunes de 13 à 17 ans de faire l'expérience de la formation professionnelle en arts du cirque.
